BEGINNERS COURSES

Our current beginners course is fully booked. Our next beginners course is scheduled to start on Wednesday, 14 April 2010. Please keep watching our website for more information on our next beginners course.

Notes:

Our beginners course is usually five weeks (five classes, once a week, for five weeks). During the beginners course you will be introduced to the Wu Tai Chi preparation exercises, some basic Tai Chi hand and foot work and Qigong breathing exercises.

After the beginners course you are welcome to join one or both of the regular weekly classes.

The beginners course starts with a FREE introductory lesson so that you can experience and find out more about Tai Chi, and see if you like it. If you enjoy the class, you can sign up for the rest of the five weeks. If Tai Chi is not for you, you can walk away.

There are no special requirements for the class. Due to the nature of our venues we usually train barefoot. Loose, comfortable clothing is best for practicing Tai Chi.
